A BILL to amend and reenact section fifteen, article five-p, chapter sixteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuation of the bureau of senior services .

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section fifteen, article five-p, chapter sixteen of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 5P. SENIOR SERVICES.
§16-5P-15. Continuation of bureau.
The bureau of senior services shall continue to exist, pursuant Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until the first day of July, two thousand one nine, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the Bureau of Senior Services until July 1, 2009, pursuant to the West Virginia Sunset Law.
